You can return any items purchased through shop sugar Crisp only if it is damaged in shipping process, due to the nature of the product and Hygiene issues we cannot return Lipstick You have 24 hours from the day you recieve the item to contact us for a return if your order is damaged while shipping.

All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent, and will be examined upon return. As stated above for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any open or used goods. Please check your items once received to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. We highly recommend that you choose to send returns back to us on a recorded delivery service, as we are not held liable for returns that go missing.
